Arizona -- Much More than Cactus
If you love botanical gardens and you love art installations in a natural setting and you love surprises at every turn of the walking trail, then you will love the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix, Arizona.
Dale Chihuly has an exhibit, The Nature of Glass, running there through the end of May, 2009. If you are anywhere in the area, I highly recommend a stop. Reservations are required.

I’ve seen Chihuly’s work before. This is fantastic. He is amazing..and I love how you’ve captured his work!!!
I’ve also seen Chihuly’s work at Kew Gardens in London, wonderful, much of it was floating on the lake and in ponds, got to love the colours.

That’s very colorful! I used to visit the Desert Botanical Garden quite often when I lived in the Phoenix area.
those are pretty wild. Wish I could get there to see them live. Very vibrant colors.
